Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in a minute
Open ReadyEye (the app or readyeye.app) and sign in. Go to Settings, then Your account, then Delete account, and confirm. It happens right away.
What is deleted
Your email, display name and postal code; the communities you watch; the properties you added; the photos you attached to sightings; and the devices registered for notifications on your account.
What stays
Sightings you posted stay on the public record of the event, without your name or your photo, so the record of what people saw stays whole.
If you had ticked the email box, the record that you agreed and when is removed with the account. A message you sent through Contact us is kept for 12 months, as the privacy page says.
Can't sign in?
Email support@readyeye.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by reply and delete it within seven days.
